Orders

• Placing an order is a request to buy; it is confirmed once our team reaches you by phone.
• We may cancel an order if stock has run out or the delivery details cannot be verified.
• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where it applies.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh. Online payment options are shown at checkout when they are active.

Delivery

• Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery charges depend on the area and are shown before you confirm.
• Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier issues are outside our control.

Products

We photograph our garments ourselves. Slight variation in colour between the photograph and the item can happen because of lighting and screen differences.
